PC Requirements
Launch Monitor PC Requirements
To ensure optimal performance of the EYE MINI LITE launch monitor, a PC meeting our minimum specifications is required. The system must be equipped with a capable CPU and GPU to support high-speed data acquisition and real-time processing.
Golf Simulator Software Requirements
The following PC specifications are recommended for optimal performance when running GameDay and supported third-party simulation software. These applications feature full-course play, advanced ball flight visualization, and immersive practice modes, all of which require higher system performance than standard driving range software.
We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 36 hours. Please note that orders placed after 4:00 PM on Saturdays and throughout Sundays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Custom Orders:
The following items fall under our Custom Order category:
- Products like shafts or grips marked as “Restocking” or “On Order”.
- Clubs requiring customizations such as loft/lie adjustments, length modifications, grip preferences, or other similar specifications.
Custom Orders will require advance payment. If your order qualifies, a member of our team will reach out to you for confirmation and next steps.
As these products are imported on request, the delivery timeline may extend up to 4–5 weeks. We will provide regular updates throughout the process to keep you informed.
If your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. You may contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email for prompt resolution.
All return items must be securely and properly packed by the customer to prevent any damage during transit. Please note that any damage resulting from inadequate packaging will be the customer’s responsibility.
